If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can easily return or exchange your products. 1. Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for most of our products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or labels that were included in the original shipment.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, whether you purchased the item in-store or online.
- Products purchased from www.flovia.site are eligible for returns and exchanges as long as the conditions above are met.
Please Note:
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as vehicles that have been registered, custom-made products, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Returned products must be accompanied by a completed return form (provided with your shipment or available on request).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@flovia.site or call us at 907-869-5398 within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and details of the product.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the product back. Unauthorized returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
Shipping the Return: Return the item to our designated returns address. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure that your return is safely received.
Inspection and Refund Processing: Once the item is received, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. After the inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the product is eligible for exchange, we will assist you with the process. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@flovia.site or call 907-869-5398. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you. Upon receiving the returned defective item, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For the following items, we are unable to accept returns:
- Vehicles that have been registered or used.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Perishable goods such as certain accessories, oils, or parts.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to your card.
- If you paid via another method, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company.
